These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Qleap Recruiting Limited(“Qleap”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, creating an account, or using our recruitment services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use our services. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive, fraudulent or abusive.

• You agree to provide truthful, accurate and current information in your profile and applications.
• You understand that applying to a role shares your application and relevant profile data with the hiring organisation.
• Qleap does not guarantee employment, interviews or any particular outcome.
• Using our platform is free for job seekers.

• You agree to post only genuine, lawful job opportunities.
• You must not post discriminatory, misleading, or fraudulent listings, or request payment from candidates.
• You agree to use candidate data solely for legitimate recruitment purposes and in line with applicable data-protection laws.
• We may review, edit, reject or remove any job posting at our discretion.

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Impersonate any person or organisation.
• Harvest, scrape or misuse data of other users.
• Upload viruses, malware or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or interfere with its operation.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your CV, profile and job postings). By submitting content, you grant Qleap a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and use that content as necessary to provide our services — for example, to show your application to a prospective employer. You are solely responsible for the content you provide.

The Qleap name, logo, website design, text, graphics and software are the property of Qleap Recruiting Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written permission.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any job, candidate or outcome will meet your expectations. Qleap acts as an intermediary and is not a party to any employment contract between job seekers and employers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qleap Recruiting Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, employment or business opportunities arising from your use of (or inability to use) our services.

You may stop using our services and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for operational, legal or security reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria. We may update these Terms from time to time; the updated version takes effect when posted on this page.
